The selection is wonderful the people are great and the food is fantastically, phenomenal. Sorry that’s just half my burger. I already ate half of it.

I only gave service a 3 star, due to them getting our order mixed up, my egg yolk being busted on the wrapper but not so much on the burger the way I like it, and one one staff member seemed friendly that day. My fiancé got a mushroom burger, I got egg and garlic mayo on mine. Well, I got my egg and his mushrooms...which was actually really good! He got my garlic mayo and was not a fan at all. 🤣 I am sure they would have remade it, but the friendliest one seemed to be behind the register. All in all, it was a great burger/hotdog joint and big enough to stay several people.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I ordered two burgers and fries for delivery online. I then waited over an hour and a half before I called four times. They did not answer the phone at all. I waited longer before giving up and driving to the restaurant to pick up my order. When I arrived there were only two cars in the parking lot and less than 10 people dining in the restaurant. So why were my four calls ignored? Why was my order still not ready after over two hours at this point? Extremely disappointing.

The burgers were good and made to order with lots of topping and sauce options. The atmosphere could be fun but the restaurant needs a good deep cleaning - Doesn't look like it's been done in a long while. Blankets of dust on the light fixtures. Trash on the floor. Condiment area covered with aged errant salt and pepper. The tables aren't wiped down between guests. A little attention to the place would go a long way. I'd come back if I knew they cleaned it. I'm a champion of small business and it's tough to run a small business; if the ownership reaches out after a good cleaning, I'm happy to change my review.

Big Tasty Burgers is in their name and they're not wrong. The beef itself is great and there's so many customization options I can get the perfect burger every time, no matter what flavor I crave. Staff is friendly and helpful. The building is difficult to navigate so anyone in a wheelchair may want to go with a friend to help out.

$100 delivery order never received. Have called restaurant more than 50x at different times and no answer. I’ve also left messages. I had to contact my bank to put in a request to reverse the charges. Advice? Don’t order through their toasttab option. Their food was great the times we were able to pick up or the delivery actually arrived.

Was in the mood for burgers, wife and I wanted to try a new one. So the plus is the ordering, you select what protein, then add-ons. The poutine fries were good, but they drowned the fries with far to much gravy. They have beer. The negative is lots of rude college kids pack the place and do not understand personal space. They literally lean on your table or damn near lean on you. The building is very small.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, burgers were yummy and very satisfying. Had the cookies & cream shake very thick and creamy!!! The best part of the experience is that they ask you what you would like on your burger. All fresh toppings!!!
